Connecting Moldovan entrepreneurs with workers from Asia

We meet him before you do: we select in his own country, verify identity and experience for the post, and sit down with him. You are not searching through CVs — you choose among people already checked.

01/ 06

Construction

Site behind schedule? Workers whose papers are already in order.

Week 0-1

The requirement file

We set the sector, the roles, the volume, the pay and the housing, and sign the service contract. From here the schedule is ours.

The services contract signed here fixes the calendar. From signature the deadlines are ours — except the state's, which we show you separately.

02/ 06

Agriculture

The harvest won't wait. Seasonal workers with papers in order.

Week 1-4

Selection at source

We recruit in Nepal, Bangladesh, India and Uzbekistan, verifying identity, documents and on-the-job experience, with an interview before any commitment.

You run the interview if you want to. We do not send a polished CV: we show you the person, what they can do and what they cannot.

03/ 06

Factories & plants

Line idle for lack of people? Operators with papers in order.

Week 4-10

The procedure with the authorities

Work notice, visa, residence permit. We file, follow up and answer requests. You see the exact stage, not a promise.

The longest part sits here, and it is not with us. Every week you hear where the file is and what it waits on, not that it is “in progress”.

04/ 06

HoReCa & Hospitality

Hiring in HoReCa? Find people whose papers are already in order.

Week 8-15

Arrival and the first days

Transport, declared housing, registrations, equipment, and handover at the workplace, ready for the first shift.

Housing is declared in the file before arrival. The person starts a shift knowing where they sleep and how they get to work.

8-15 weeks is the range on standard projects, from contract to first shift worked. It depends on the authorities' timelines and on the season, not on us, and the updated range sits in the file at every stage.

05/ 06

Restaurant

Restaurant short-staffed? Waiters and helpers, papers in order.

06/ 06

Courier / Delivery

Couriers who know the city and have their papers in order.

Recap · the road, to scale

Who holds the clock, on every stretch.

We set the sector, the roles, the volume, the pay and the housing, and sign the service contract. From here the schedule is ours.

Scroll to watch the calendar fill · press a stage to jump to it

The bars are drawn to scale from the same weeks published above. The longest stretch is not ours — we show it anyway.

Chapter 2 · The administration after

They are at work. From here, we run the administration with you.

Recruitment ends at the first shift. Hours, rotas, housing and permits start there — the administrative work that eats time without ever showing up in production. You can keep it in-house, the way you do now, or hand it to us on a separate contract: the record builds itself on one screen, and the permits, the renewals and the dealings with the authorities stay in our care.

Optional service, contracted separately. It is not part of recruitment and it does not switch itself on — you ask for it when you want it, and you know exactly what you pay.

1 · One worked hour, all the way to the accounts

You know who is on shift without making a call

Who is working, on which shift, at what output on the line. It updates itself; you open it when you need it, not when somebody rings you.

2 · One worked hour, all the way to the accounts

The hours add themselves up

Attendance and hours go straight into the record. Your accountant gets a finished file, not photos on WhatsApp and a notebook re-read at month end.

3 · One worked hour, all the way to the accounts

It works with the accountant you already have

We do not change your accountant and we do not sell you another one. The AI assistant prepares what they need, in their format, from the same hours you see.

And, alongside

The permit tells you itself when it expires

Housing declared, documents current, and the renewal shows up on your screen in good time — not a week before, when it is already late.

One overview, for the employer in Chișinău

How many people are at work today, on which shift, what each line produced, which documents expire this month. One screen, not five files and three phone calls.

The boundary, stated precisely

Hours and output. Not movements.

You see who worked, how long, and at what output per line or shift. You do not see where anybody has been, because we do not collect it and store it nowhere. Location history in the hands of the party that controls someone's right to remain is not timekeeping, it is leverage — and that line we do not cross at any price.

What stays in-house, and what do we carry?

Tell us which roles you need and how much of the administration after should stay with us. You get the plan and the cost, itemised.

Everyone is at work. You know it at a glance.

This is where the road ends: the people we brought are on shift, the hours add themselves up, and whatever expires this month is already on the screen. You ring nobody to find out.

What do you want to carry, and what goes into the system?

The public dossier

The numbers a decision is made on.

We work only with figures that carry a public source. Every number below is a statement by an institution of the Republic of Moldova, and the source opens straight from the text: the full sentence, who said it, when.

3,700

foreigners obtained a work permit in six months, .

13,000+

1 June 2027

the takes effect, harmonised with European law.

The law gives you no quota. It gives you a procedure.

Since 2019 the Republic of Moldova no longer publishes a numeric ceiling for foreign labour. Every worker enters through an individual employer application, assessed by the General Inspectorate for Migration. Your outcome does not depend on a number you wait for, it depends on a file submitted properly. We carry the file.

The real ceiling is administrative, not legal: the state can process around , and roughly were issued in the first six months of 2026. You are not competing against a quota, you are competing for a desk. And at that desk the file that wins is the early, complete one, not the first one.

The political direction is stated at the highest level and it is consistent. The prime minister speaks of over the medium term, and the state employment agency sets itself for this year. You are not in a tolerated niche. You are inside a declared public policy.

The framework taking effect on is harmonised with European law, as part of Moldova's path toward the Union. Tomorrow's rules will resemble the EU's, and a file built to that standard today does not get rewritten then. It continues.

The prime minister says the country to reach average European productivity. We do not plan on that figure. We read it as the direction of public policy.

Until the current regime applies. Whoever starts now enters the new framework with a compliance record behind them, not from zero.

: the real corridors of the flow. Those are the ones we recruit through, with an office in Chișinău.

The prime minister spoke of 300,000 workers. A week later the economy minister and explained the state can process around 16,000 permits a year. We give you both links, because a decision like this is made on checkable numbers, not on enthusiasm.

Of ten statements we started from in the press, six survived independent verification. The rest are not on this page. A figure without a source you can open has no place here.

Direct questions

What an employer asks before signing.

Eight questions, eight short answers. If one of them reads like a brochure, tell us and we rewrite it.

8-15 weeks on standard projects, from contract to the first shift worked. The long part is not ours: the file sits with the authorities, on their terms. You see the stage every week — not "in progress", but where exactly it sits and what it waits on.

The employer pays for recruitment and the procedure. The candidate never pays anything — that is the Employer Pays standard (IRIS / ILO), auditable, not a line on a website. Travel and housing are written into the contract before you sign, not discovered after.

You hear it from us, not a month later from someone else. We look at the cause first, because often it is not the person but conditions that changed after arrival. Replacement terms are set in your contract, on your case — we do not sell a blanket guarantee we cannot honour.

The work authorisation, visa and permit are issued by the authorities, and the person starts only once they hold the right. We file, follow up and answer requests. Their decision we do not guarantee — it says so plainly on "What we don't guarantee".

English, at working level. Romanian is learned on site, in the months after arrival, and we promise nothing else. What we do carry is the safety vocabulary and the mediation through the first weeks.

Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Uzbekistan. Not for cost, but because we have partners at source there and corridors whose procedure we know step by step. A corridor we don't command is a date we cannot give you.

A state on a file, not an adjective in an advert: identity, experience and real availability for the post, each with its own state. You can read the process step by step rather than take our word for it.

You tell us the trade, the role, how many people and whether you provide housing — four taps. You get the plan, the cost and the legal steps. If we cannot cover what you asked for, we say so rather than leave you waiting.

Analyses

The market, read from sources

Six analyses for an employer making a decision. Every figure points at its source, and where we have none, we say so.

The analyses are published in Romanian. The sources cited are Romanian, and machine-translating a legal threshold is exactly the kind of error we do not ship.
