We apply the Employer Pays principle (IRIS / ILO Fair Recruitment): all recruitment costs belong to the employer. Zero fees for the candidate, at any stage, in any country.
You never pay. Anyone who asks you for money in WorkMate's name is not us.
Beware of scammers
Fraud in origin corridors is massive: Nepal's legal fee cap is NPR 10–20k, yet scams reach 2–5 lakh; Bangladesh documented 400,000+ victims in 2022–2024 (TBS News). Anti-scam education is part of your protection.
Housing conditions are declared in the file, and employers who break standards can be delisted.
Reporting channel for workers: confidential, never shared with the employer.
