"Verified" is not a slogan here, it is a process with exact states. Every candidate passes through them, and their real state is visible in the platform.
The 6 states of a candidate
01 · Profile verified
Declared data is complete and coherent: role, experience, languages, city.
02 · Identity verified
The identity document matches the person in the profile.
03 · Eligibility under analysis
The legal situation is collected and analysed: residence type, history, possible restrictions.
04 · File in preparation
Work-right documents are prepared together with the employer.
05 · Right granted
The authority granted the right: the permit is perfected.
06 · Available for the legal start of work
Everything is in order: work can begin lawfully.
IGM examines applications within legal terms, and work begins ONLY after the right and permit are granted. Nobody is "ready to work" before that, however good it sounds.
